TITLE Boxing I-Beam Punching Bag Hanger

What a great way to hang a heavy bag at home or in the gym! This hanger fits a standard I-beam from approximately 4.5” wide to 6.5”. There is a thin padding on the inside of the clamps to reduce the metal-on-metal grind and noise. The hanger clamps down to the beam for a secure and snug fit. There is also a carabiner attachment that makes it easy to hang any bag. 

· Thick, 1/8” gauge steel construction

· Fits and standard I-beam from approximately 4.5” wide to 6.5”

· Rubber bumper pads on the inside, along with additional tightening screws on top, reduce friction, rattling and metal-on-metal

· Carabiner attachment works with any size heavy or double end bag

· Entire unit measures approximately 5” wide x 4” deep x 4” tall (7.5” with carabiner)
