Q: I need to return/exchange my item. Do you guys provide the Return Shipping Label?
In terms of a return label, we do not provide one unless we made a mistake on sending you the wrong item, as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
You will need to take it to your nearest Post office and ship it back to us.

Q: What are the typical shipping times?
A: If we have the item in stock at our main warehouse, we typically have it shipped the same day unless it’s after 2:00pm. For Toronto, GTA and within Ontario, it is typically 1 – 2 business days. Rest is below:
Ontario: 1 – 2 business days
Quebec: 1 – 2 business days
Alberta: 4 – 5 business days
British Columbia: 4 – 5 business days
Saskatchewan: 3 – 4 business days
Manitoba: 3 – 4 Business days
New Brunswick: 3 – 4 business days
Prince Edward Island: 4 – 5 business days
Newfoundland & Labrador: 5 business days
*For remote areas, it might take longer.
Q: Ok, I’ve placed my order. Now what?
A: We will get back to you either the same or the next business day. We will email you with tracking info, or get back to you on the order status.
Q: Who do you guys use for shipping?
A: Most of the time, we use Canada Post and UPS. For oversized items, we may use either Fed Ex or UPS.
Q: Do you guys ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Yes we do, as long as the item ordered isn’t an oversized item.
Q: Where do you guys ship out of?
A: Our main warehouse is located in Pickering, Ontario.
Q: Do you guys do wholesale?
A: Yes we do, provided that you qualify for wholesale pricing. To qualify, you would need a store or gym.
Q: Can I pay with Credit Card or Email Money Transfer?
A: Yes you can. To pay with a Credit Card, simply follow the check out process, and once you get to Pay Pal, you can choose to pay with Credit Card instead of Pay Pal.
For Email Money Transfer, give us a call or email us and we can set that up.
Q: Do you guys ship to the United States?
A: Yes we do.
Q: Can I order over the phone?
A: Yes you may call in during the Store’s business hours.
Q: The item I want is out of stock. When you will restock that particular item?
A: Because we are a multi-brand store, it all depends. You can always email or call in to find out what the rough ETA would be.
