I need to modify / change / cancel my order. Is this possible?
Yes this is possible, unless your order has already shipped. Please email email@example.com with your order number to adjust or cancel your order and we will try our best to accommodate. You can also call us at 1-877-493-3770 during business hours.
How long does shipping take?
For the Greater Toronto Area, it will normally take 1 – 2 business days.
For Quebec, it will normally take 2 – 3 business days.
For the rest of Canada, it will normally take between 4 – 5 business days.
For Rural areas, it can take between 5 – 10 business days.
I have placed my order, now what?
Give us a chance to process the order, and we will contact you if there is an issue. Once the order has been processed, we will email you over the tracking info. Please make sure to also check your junk mail!
Who do you use for shipping?
We mostly use Canada Post or UPS. There are times when we might use a local courier for oversized items.
Do you guys have a physical location?
Yes, we have a Retail Store located in Pickering, Ontario.
I have received my tracking info, but it isn’t working.
The tracking info will become activated once the package is picked up by the shipping courier, usually the next business day.
There is a defect in my product, what should I do?
All our products come with Manufacture Warranty, but since we are a multi-brand store, every brand has its own policy. If you send us an email with the proof and date of purchase, along with pictures and a description of the defect, we will forward it to the manufacturer for a response
What is the difference between Expedited, Standard, and Free Shipping?
Expedited Shipping will get you the best chance of receiving your item the fastest, but how much faster depends on where it’s shipping to. Within Southern Ontario, 1 day earlier. For rest of Canada, it will range between 2 - 5 days earlier.
To qualify for Free Shipping, your order must be above $99 Canadian before taxes. Make sure to select Free Shipping if your order qualifies.
Do you guys ship to the USA?
Yes we do! We use UPS for most of our orders going to the States, and shipping times range between 3 - 5 business days. Please be aware that the order must cross the border, and any delay at the border is out of our control. Free shipping over $99 CAD as well. The pricing in USD varies from day to day, depending on the currency.
Do you guys ship internationally outside of Canada / USA?
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the USA or Canada. Our apologies.
