Return & Exchange Policy

Q: What Is Your Return, Exchange And Delivery Policy?

Yes, you may bring the item back or ship it to us for a full refund or exchange. 
Please include a note in the box stating who you are, and what you would like done.  

Please make sure the item is still in its original new condition and we will approve it once the item has been received and deemed “new” and unused.  We do not refund express/expedited shipping charges or costs associated with shipping large items like heavy bags/specialty bag mounts.  We are not responsible for items lost during the return process.  Warrior Fight Store is also not  Exchanges must be received within 60 days of purchase date. 

Please note that all warranties on products must be approved by the manufacturer outside of thirty days of purchase.  Within the thirty day period Warrior Fight Store reserves the right to determine whether an item is unused/new.  All jocks, hand wraps, speed bags, undergarments and mouth guards must be in sealed original packaging.  Please keep in mind if the item is not deemed as new and is considered used/damaged the customer can/is responsible for the return shipping and all the fees that incur from Warrior Fight Store receiving the shipment (Broker fees/Taxes/Duties/etc.) .

Winning products are all deemed final sale once used/removed from package.  

Warrior Fight Store takes full responsibility to provide transparent tracking to the customer.  In some rare cases where an item shows as delivered and the customer claims it is lost, Warrior Fight Store will open an investigation with the shipping service.  This investigation can take anywhere from 2-10 business days.  As long as the shipping provider concludes that the item was NOT delivered, Warrior Fight Store will provide a full refund/send an additional item.  If the item is deemed as “delivered”, we do not take responsibility for the package.

Q: Who Covers The Return Shipping?

You will need to cover the return shipping coming back to us, and we will cover the exchange order going back to you.  We will only cover the return shipping if we made an error or shipped out the wrong item.
